The subject of the public contract is the project activity. The contract is not divided into lots (the contracting authority does not allow partial performance). The subject-matter of the public contract is services consisting in the preparation of project documentation for the subsequent implementation of the project ‘Municipal House Znojmo – Construction works and extension, Pontassievská 918/1, Znojmo’ on land plot No 1538/1 in k. ú. The town of Znojmo. The project documentation will also address the modification of the immediate surroundings of the building, namely the plots with parc. nos. 1537, 1538/2, 1539 and 1540 all in k. ú. The town of Znojmo. It is a building of a former German burgher's federal house from 1882, later called "Domeček" in Czech, which was extended with a hotel function by a superstructure in 1930 and converted into the seat of a branch of Česká spořitelna by the last reconstruction in 1994. The task is to return the socio-cultural function to the building and create a municipal house of the town of Znojmo in accordance with the valid legislation, with the fact that the functional and spatial dominant of the house will again become a large social hall supplemented with accessories and the necessary operational and technical facilities. In the remaining premises will be located the operations of the partners of the city (SVČ Znojmo, ZUŠ Znojmo) and premises for the activities of associations and for the organization of social meetings, celebrations, receptions or business meetings. The project documentation will be based on the dispositional study of the use of the building entitled: "Municipal House Znojmo - conceptual study of the use of the building of the former Hotel Znojmo" (authors: Ing. arch. Martin Navrkal, PhD. and Ing. arch. Vratislav Zíka, May 2021). The aim is to clean the original layout of the main premises of the house and create conditions for variable and flexible use of the house so that the house meets not only current but also future requirements. It is also necessary to restore and strengthen the connection of the house with the exterior. It is necessary for the interior spaces to be reflected in the exterior, it is necessary to revive the terraces and spaces around the house so that the house becomes the center of the surrounding events. An essential part of the project is the creation of a sufficient number of parking spaces for the needs of the Municipal House Znojmo in the area of the existing parking lot on the plot after the former cinema Hraničář (the slope of the terrain allows the location of a subtle building with one underground and one above-ground floor). The subject-matter of performance is: 1. Security of input documents; 2. Preparation of an architectural study in two variants; 3. Preparation of project documentation for building permit, including related engineering activities; 4. Preparation of project documentation for the execution of the construction, including an inventory of works, supplies and services, including a statement of acreage (documentation for the selection of the construction contractor); 5. Preparation of project documentation for the execution of the interior equipment of the building; 6. Provision of a license for the processed stages of the project documentation and its material capture, for the entire duration of the protection of property rights arising from the authorship of the selected supplier. 7. All stages of the project documentation will be processed in BIM (Building Information Model). 8. The performance of copyright supervision during the construction of a building on the basis of project documentation pursuant to Section 14(h) and Section 161(2) of the Construction Act (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Execution of Copyright Supervision’). A detailed description of the subject of performance and the documents for drawing up the project documentation are included in Annex 1 to the tender documentation.
