Description

The services to be carried out under the project management contract include: a mission in accordance with the MOP law with VISA or implementation studies on the technical lots. The ISS mission (including security) is part of the core mission. The ISS coordinator will be part of the team. The JPO mission is a possible additional benefit (compulsory ESP). It will be possible to conclude a negotiated contract under the terms of Article 65 of Order 2015-899 of 23.7.2016 and Article 139-140 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 for additional or similar services. The part of the estimated financial envelope, excluding VAT, allocated to the works by the contracting authority is EUR 2 166 250 in April 2016 value (including VRD, ENR, environment) for a surface area of 935 m². The structure will include a restaurant room (broken poles) and a user-friendly area around the cafeteria, a back office and a self-service area.
