Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services on public utility lines in the district passenger transport in the Bytowski District covering 14 communication lines with a total length of 879.1 km, on which the estimated total operational work of 3 307 158 vehicle kilometres will be carried out. 2. The contract covers the provision of public transport services on the following lines of communication: 1) Bytów-Gałąźnia Wielka by Barnowiec 2) Sylczno-Bytów by Parchowo 3) Bytów-City by Tągowie 4) Bytów-Sominy by Rabacino 5) Bytów-City by Tuchomie 6) Bytów-City by Tuchomie 7) Bytów-Bytów by Rokita 8) Bytów-Tuchomie by Tągowie 9) Bytów-Bytów by Tuchomie 10) Bytów-Jaranty by Tuchomie 11) Bytów-Bytów by Tuchomie 12) Bytów-Parchowo by Żukówko 13) Owne Ostrowy-Bytów by Zapceń 14) Bytów – Kartuzy by Naklę. 3. The contractor will start operating the lines from the beginning of 2026 with its own rolling stock, which will be exchanged for the buses purchased by the Bytowski District (delivery dates: January 2026 – 2 units, March 2026 – 2 units, May 2026 – 3 units). The vehicles made available to the Contractor, owned by the Ordering Party, will be used on the basis of a separate contract for pecuniary interest. The model lease agreement is attached as Annex 9 to the FTZ.
