Description

The objective is to evaluate the Directive ‘Promoting livestock conversion 2024 to 2030 – Investive Projects’, which entered into force on 1 March 2024, including the design, implementation and evaluation. The data resulting from the evaluation shall also be prepared by the contractor and presented in an evaluation report. As a result of significant changes to the Federal Programme for the Promotion of Animal Husbandry in the ‘Federal Programme for the Reconstruction of Animal Husbandry’, the duration of the Directive had to be reduced retrospectively by two years until 31 December 2028 by means of the amending Directive of 27 August 2025. In addition, the authorisation period (point 8 of the Directive) has been amended so that authorisations are only allowed until 31 December 2026 (point 2 of the Directive) and funding applications can only be submitted until 31 August 2026 (point 7 of the Directive). In addition, requirements can now be made for the last time on 15.10.2028. The amendments to the Federal Programme for the Promotion of Animal Husbandry and the related amendments to the Directive require adaptation/reduction.
