Description

The tenderer for this call for tenders is the municipality of Zevenaar.
By way of a public tender, the Hal12 horeca is tendered out by the municipality of Zevenaar to a horeca operator. The operator enters into a concession agreement for 5 years and commits to a number of substantive and financial arrangements for the operation of the hospitality sector. The operation consists of three main elements: the daily operation of a brasserie, the provision of catering for the municipality of Zevenaar and users of Hal12 and the operation of hospitality services around various activities in Hal12. The operator will be granted the exclusive right of operation for hospitality in Hal12. The municipality provides spaces, large inventory and large (hospitality) equipment. For the concession and the provision of premises, inventory and (hospitality) equipment, the municipality asks for a transfer to the operator.
