Description

The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is intended to help in the project to make planning processes and information flows more efficient and to improve communication between the parties involved. Given the size as well as the contractual and technical complexity of the project, the client intends to commission a BIM management externally as well as a BIM overall coordination. They should support the project team professionally from the beginning of the service phase 3 according to HOAI and support them in the tender procedures Constructive Engineering LPH 3, 4 + 6 according to HOAI, as well as traffic facilities and environmental planning LPH 5, 6 + 8 according to HOAI. Different employees must be employed for BIM management and overall BIM coordination in order to ensure the control function of BIM management.
