Description

In the Necessity Report no. 25717/30.09.2024 submitted by the Supply Service, it is specified the necessity of the purchase: This purchase is made with a view to repairing waste water injection pumps in the gas structures of production sites. Justification for the purchase: Natural gas deposits contain varying amounts of water, and in order to reduce the additional hydrostatic pressure on the layer it is necessary to foam the deposit water. One of the methods of removing water is by inserting liquid foam and antifoam into the wells. This prevents flooding of wells and ensures a regular and complete discharge of fluids, leading to increased natural gas production. The supply of the products covered by the purchase ensures the extension of the service life of wells operating depleted gas deposits whose deposit energy no longer allows the water to be drawn to the surface. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information in accordance with Article 173 of Law No 99/2017. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days.
