The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 530, as amended. – ‘Forests Act’), including: a) in the case of Lot 1 (Package S/2025) – work in the field of nursery management and seed selection and production, to be carried out in the Strzebielino Forest District, the Kochanowo Forest Nursery, in 2025, b) in the case of Lot 2 to Lot 6 (Packages 1/2025, 5/2025, 6/2025, 7/2025 and 8/2025) – work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and removal, and work in the field of nature protection, related to tourism and forest education, maintenance work on forest roads and other work related to forest management, to be carried out in the Strzebielino Forest District in 2025.
