Description

Buying a mobile imaging robot Loop-X / Company Brainlab Sales GmbH The mobile imaging robot Loop-X offers an optimal intraoperative 2D and 3D image quality for various clinical disciplines, from spinal surgery to cranial, orthopedic, ENT and MKG surgery as well as functional neurosurgery. By automating workflows, Loop-X optimises mobile imaging and robotics, making it significantly different from conventional imaging devices. The purchase of the device serves to optimize intraoperative imaging to a contemporary level. The targeted system is fully integrated into the clinic's portfolio of microscopes, navigation, robotics and digital planning and data integration systems. With the Loop-X mobile imaging robot, significant improvements in precision and time savings can be achieved in complex spinal surgery and stereatic surgery. By integrating this state-of-the-art intraoperative imaging into the existing navigation infrastructure, previous processes are optimized. Elaborate transport routes to the radiological department for current MRI and CT imaging are no longer necessary. The system envisaged for procurement leads to a considerable simplification of processes at the level of time. The UKMD intends to procure the device as part of a negotiated procedure without a competition pursuant to Section 17(5) *VgV.
