Description

The object of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the delivery of security technology systems, equipment and related services to Hansel Oy's customers. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and in Annex B 'Subject matter of the dynamic purchasing system'. The DPS is divided into five (5) independent categories. The categories include the following product groups as well as the services included in each product group: • Class 1. Comprehensive service - crime detection systems; - CCTV systems; and - access control systems. • Class 2. Detection systems • Class 3. Camera surveillance systems • Class 4. Access control systems • Class 5. Time tracking systems during the duration of the DPS may be applied for by any interested candidate. The DPS shall remain in force until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless suspended or amended during the period of validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements between candidates admitted to DPS through internal tendering within DPS, which may take place during the entire procurement phase of DPS. After the start-up phase, the acquisition phase of the DPS begins on 02 December 2024 and ends at the end of the DPS’s period of validity. Contracts must be concluded before the end of the dynamic purchasing system. Contracts may remain in force until 31 December 2030 at the latest. Contractual procurement (orders) may take place before the end of the contract. Deliveries based on orders must be delivered no later than six (6) months after the end of the procurement contract. However, the contract may be valid until 31 December 2040 at the latest to the extent that the systems or products/product groups subject to the dynamic purchasing system are procured services subject to this dynamic purchasing system, such as repair or preventive maintenance services. Contracts based on the service model may be valid until 31 December 2040. For greater certainty, the provision of the services referred to in this paragraph or procurement based on a service model shall be awarded before the end of the dynamic purchasing system.
