Description

The contracting entity requests your tender for the renewal of the CCTV system in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The minimum requirements for the products and services to be procured are described in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The internal tendering of DPS has been carried out in category 3 Camera surveillance systems. Based on the internal competitive tendering of the DPS, the customer selects the supplier and concludes the contract with the winning tenderer. The draft contract is attached to the invitation to tender. The minimum requirements for the services to be procured are described in the appendix "Subject matter of the dynamic purchasing system" and "Conditions of procurement (Class 1/2/3/4/5)". The DPS shall remain in force until 31 December 2030, unless interrupted earlier. The duration of a contract shall not exceed 31 December 2040 in so far as the systems or products/groups of products covered by the dynamic purchasing system are used to procure services covered by that dynamic purchasing system, such as repair and preventive maintenance services. Contracts based on the service model may be valid until 31 December 2040.
