The main object of the acquisition is the provision of communications services for the Contracting Entity, as follows:
M2M telecommunication services, voice above M2M, fixed data related to M2M services including the following requested services:
M2M (machine-to-machine);
VPNs related to the real-time interchange of data transmitted through M2M SIMs.
Packet data traffic;
Secure Internet access via M2M SIMs
Secure transmission of data via satellite connections
Optional at the request of the Purchaser voice/sms service above M2M
