Enthalten in der Baumaßnahme sind folgende Unterabschnitte auf dem Klinikgelände: Erweiterung Bettenhaus: - Ausbau Erdgeschoss als Eingangshalle, Kapelle und Nebenräume - Ausbau 1.Obergeschoss als klinischer Arztdienst und ein Konferenzbereich - Ausbau 2.Obergeschoss als Pflegestation für die Wirbelsäulenchirurgie - Ausbau 3.Obergeschoss als Technikzentrale Umbau Funktionstrakt - Ausbau Keller-/Erdgeschoss als Lüftungszentrale - Ausbau 1. Obergeschoss als Zentral OP Die Baustelle liegt im Stadtbereich von 46325 Borken, Am Boltenhof 7. Die Bauarbeiten müssen im laufenden Klinikbetrieb durchgeführt werden.
