Description

The purpose of the procurement is to appoint a contractor to conclude a contract for the dismantling, supply, installation and commissioning of three lift systems in the building of the Central Administration of the Road Infrastructure Agency. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract shall include the performance of the following main activities: dismantling, delivery, installation, completion of construction works, adjustment, commissioning, legalization of new lift systems. Lift systems must comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, including the Regulation on essential requirements and conformity assessment of lifts and their safety components, BDS EN 81-20/50:2020 ‘Safety rules for the construction and installation of lifts’ or equivalent. New lifts must comply with the current standards and regulations and rules for the construction, manufacture and installation of passenger lifts at the time of certification, registration and entry into service. The requirements of Directive 2014/33/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to lifts and safety components for lifts should be complied with.
