Description

Marché concernant la maintenance préventive et corrective des ouvrants des bâtiments industriels sur les CNPE de Paluel, Penly et de Flamanville 1-2-3. Les ouvrants industriels sont notamment tous types de portes (ordinaires, coupe feu), portails, chatières. La maintenance préventive est l'ensemble des visites et contrôles systématiques (réglementaires, plan de base de maintenance préventive, plans locaux de maintenance préventive) à réaliser dans le respect des périodicités de chaque matériel.
La maintenance corrective regroupe les activités de dépannage avec les actions à caractère provisoire suivies d'une réparation, les réparations permettant de redonner aux installations leurs performances nominales et les travaux sur validation EDF y compris les retouches de peinture et de génie civil. Les travaux sont en zone contrôlée et hors zone contrôlée.
Le titulaire disposera d'une organisation permettant une intervention urgente (du lundi au dimanche). Cf. documents dans portail achat.
