Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej dla budynku Muzeum Historii Polski w Warszawie, zlokalizowanego przy ulicy Gwardii 1, 01-538 Warszawa w podziale na 3 części: Część 1: dostawa energii elektrycznej do siedziby MHP w okresie 01.04.2025 - 31.12.2025 Część 2: dostawa energii elektrycznej do siedziby MHP w okresie 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 Część 3: dostawa energii elektrycznej do siedziby MHP w okresie 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2027 2. Dostawa odbywać się będzie zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dn. 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 266 t. j.). 3. Muzeum Historii Polski w Warszawie stanowi odbiorcę końcowego w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy Prawo energetyczne.
