Description

The subject matter of this public procurement procedure includes the supply of low-voltage net active electricity and the performance of the functions of coordinator of a standard balancing group for sites with a standardised load profile in Sofia – mandated dwellings, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act (ZE) and the other regulations governing public relations relating to the supply of electricity (including the ZE regulations, the Electricity Trading Rules (ETR) and the Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (EQMA). Detailed information on the sites with a standardised load profile for which the subject of the contract will be performed is set out in the List of Mandatory Housing managed by the National Assembly (Annex 1.1 to the documentation).
