Description

The application and processing procedure is carried out in accordance with the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and on the basis of the local transport plan of the city of Halle (Saale).
In order to satisfy in full any request for information from the outset, the approval authority announces that the following line approvals for the Nord bundle pursuant to § 13 in conjunction with § 42 PBefG will expire in its area of competence on 31 December 2013.

— Line 35 Trotha – Brachwitzer Straße (- Franzigmark)
— Line 55 Gausstraße – Frohe Zukunft – Trotha-S-Bahn Station Trotha (exempted from operating under Paragraph 21 of the PBefG since 6.8.2009).
Pursuant to Section 16(2) PBefG, the approval period for the Nord bundle is 8 years and ends on 31 December 2021.
