1. The subject of the contract is ‘Purchase and supply of D-segment passenger cars in a police version not marked for the KWP in Gorzów Wlkp.’ 2. A detailed description of the tactical and technical (WTT) requirements to be met by the vehicles which are the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 5 to the FTZ 3. The vehicles subject to the contract must be brand new, complete free from defects in construction, materials, workmanship and law, manufactured in 2025. 4. Place of delivery: Provincial Police Headquarters in Gorzów Wlkp., ul. Floral 10, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp. 5. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract to the place of delivery at his own expense and risk. 6. Details of the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, quantity, payment, guarantee, complaint, etc. are set out in the draft contract – Annex 6 to the FTZ. 7.
