The contracting authority is seeking to invite competitive tenders for the supply and installation of new cladding to a grade II listed residential block located in the Golden Lane Estate, London. The project also includes window replacement, external redecorations and the provision of a new access system at roof level for maintenance and cleaning of the replacement cladding. There will be a requirement for design work for some elements of the project. Stakeholder engagement will be a key element of the project and the block, which consists of 120 1 bed flats will be fully occupied throughout the course of the works.
