Description

Support and further develop the operation of the KFGH electronic system supporting frequency management activities (eKFGH).
Contracted quantity:
Development tasks related to the eKFGH system, including in particular:
Operation of the whole eKFGH system (protected eKFGH) classified as “strictly secret” in a Class II secure area (off-line mode),
operating an eKFGH system (administrative eKFGH) in an Administrative Zone (on-line mode with network access) that does not contain frequency management data classified as “confidential”, “secret” and “strictly secret”, but only a record indicating frequency occupation,
development of a programme to save the current state of the eKFGH database,
development of a programme to upload the current saving of the database of the administrative eKFGH system into the database of the protected eKFGH system,
— development of a programme to generate the database of the administrative eKFGH system from the current “strictly secret” eKFGH system database.
The use of the eKFGH system is a subsidy, including in particular:
in relation to the eKFGH system, the following documentation is kept up to date: functional specification; system plan; installation, Rescue and Operation Guide; user guide;
periodic monitoring of resources and system performance (at least 1 per month) of the eFKGH system,
— providing a WEB error reporting system and telephone operating support for the reporting of errors related to the eFKGH system,
training related to the application grant (where applicable, teaching aids),
user support related to the application support,
test report and test plan,
— additional tasks specified in the application grant agreement.
