Description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract that regulates the regular testing of electrical equipment in accordance with DGUV V3. The services must be provided in accordance with the specifications described in the procurement documents. The service will be awarded in lots. During the period of validity, individual orders may be made by the recipient companies and the contracting authority. Direct contractors will be Vitos gGmbH and the tenderer charged for the respective lot. For the consideration of the services provided to the recipient companies, the respective recipient company is the direct debtor of the contractor. The contract has a duration of 2 years. The client has the right to extend the contract for a further 2 years if he informs the contractor in text form 6 months before the end of the contract. The framework contract shall terminate prematurely for each lot as soon as the maximum quantity of equipment tests agreed for the respective lot has been reached.
