Description

1.The subject of the contract is the execution of design documentation for the task of modernising existing ventilation systems serving the basement rooms of the building of the Ministry of Finance, together with industry implementing projects, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities, information on safety and health protection ‘BIOZ’ (hereinafter ‘Design Documentation’) for the purposes of project No FENX.01.01-IW-01-0017/24 entitled ‘Project No FENX.01.01-IW-01-0017/24’. “Increasing the energy efficiency of the Ministry of Finance building” implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Programme. 2. The order will be executed in two stages: 2.2.1 Stage I includes: 2.2.1.1 preparation of the Design Documentation; 2.2.2 Stage II: includes: 2.2.2.1 support of the Ordering Party in the scope of: 2.2.2.1.1 administrative proceedings before the Mazowieckie Provincial Conservator of Monuments (hereinafter referred to as the ‘MWKZ’) at each stage of obtaining a decision authorising the carrying out of works; 2.2.2.1.2 administrative proceedings before the Office of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the City of Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘BAiPP’) at each stage of obtaining a decision on the building permit 2.2.2.1.3 administrative proceedings before the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘SANEPID’) at each stage of obtaining a decision agreeing on the solutions adopted in the Project Documentation; 3.
