DETERMINATION OF PROJECT DOCUMENTATION OF SECURITY TECHNICAL PROTECTION SYSTEM

The subject of the procurement is the design of the security and technical protection system for the locations and facilities of Zagreb Holding, which are business office spaces, shops, storage spaces, recycling yards, landfill, markets, nurseries, outposts with office storage rooms, public garages, parking lots, cemeteries, communication centers, facilities for hotel hospitality and tourism purposes. The facilities are located in the area of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County, and in the sea destinations Savudrija, Crikvenica, Veli Lošinj, Punat and Duga Uvala. Some of the facilities included in the design (e.g. cemeteries) are categorised as protected cultural property. For sites and facilities that have the status of a protected cultural good or are located within a protected cultural-historical unit, the selected tenderer shall draw up the project documentation in accordance with the specific conditions for the protection and preservation of cultural goods and other conditions of the competent authority, including obtaining the necessary consents where applicable. Design service refers to the design of video surveillance systems, anti-theft and anti-theft systems, access control systems and time records depending on the needs for specific locations and facilities in accordance with the project task. For each individual procurement, the client will prepare and submit a project task that will define the necessary systems, scope of service and technical conditions for the design for a specific location or facility.
