Description

Introduction: The aim of this notice is to obtain information from the market on how Nye Veier's needs can best be taken care of. The responses given in this notice are not binding for the tenderers. Nye Veier would like written responses by 07 February 2025 at 12:00. See the documentation in the contracting authority ́s kgv for further details and response requirements. Background: Nye Veier AS would like to simplify and improve reporting routines in connection with quarterly and annual internal and external reports. This is to be better equipped to safeguard new reporting requirements in the form of CSRD and EU taxonomy which will come into force for the financial year 2025. In this enquiry we are looking for suppliers who can challenge us to identify and utilise production possibilities that are not currently used. This means that we would like to use known technology, but also explore new combinations and systems. The aim of this notice is to obtain information from the market on how Nye Veier ́s needs can be best safeguarded, as well as how RFP can best be designed based on the needs described in chapter 4 (see the attached document). Any procurement intends to establish a contract with one tenderer for the provision of a company reporting system that supports the company's annual reports, accounting and financial, environment, social conditions and corporate management in accordance with applicable regulations, including the Accounting Act, openness law, EU taxonomy and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), etc.
