Description

Alver municipality in Vestland shall establish a new treatment facility for treatment of sewage water from Knarvik and nearby areas. The facility shall be established at Kvassneset in Knarvik and it is close to Kvassnesstemma and a hiking area around it. In addition to the erection of the sewage treatment facility with personnel buildings, this contract also deals with the construction of structural works with a sewage pump station and an access road thereof. The construction contract (this contract) concerns (not exhaustive list): • Preparation of the site • Complete construction work for the buildings • Delivery and assembly of a gantry crane, facilitating use in the assembly phase • Construction auxiliary work for the machine contract • HVAC for the entire contract, including odour removal installations • Electrical work for the entire contract including solar panel installations • Establishment of 10 ground heat wells with a depth of approx. 300 metres each • Exit from Kvassnesvegen and road to the plant, temporary construction road in route for a water and sewage ditch between the treatment facility and down to the existing foot/cycle path in the south as well as a permanent access road to the sewage pump station. • Complete water and sewage works with water, storm water and wastewater pipelines including pump pipeline • Establish two emission pipelines in sea to cote -60 in Osterfjorden • Concrete bridge over stream on access road to the sewage pump station • Establishment of activity tracks and a waiting place facilitated for longer stays with a campfire place and gapahuk with benches • Establishment of a universally designed ramp that slings up between the trees to a viewing platform at the southern end of the building and that connects the facility to the existing footpath around Kvassnestemma • Provide joint rigging and operational services for other co-ordinated contracts in the project • Performs the role as a main company in accordance with the Working Environment Act § 2-2 and the Internal Control Regulations § 6 with responsibility for co-ordination of the individual companies ́ health, environment and safety work • Responsibility for coordination and progress control of co-ordinated contracts.
