Voluntary transparency framework supply current identical product a cymbal stabilizer operating + exercise model.
In the opinion of the Ministry of Defence, the ‘pelvic sling’ from manufacturer SAM MEDICAL is currently the only product that can demonstrably meet the current requirements, including weight / dimensions, 1 size, speed of application, robustness for use in a military setting. Attached is the program of requirements. All NATO partners also use this product. The motivation for the duration of 8 years for the framework agreement is based on the uniqueness of this product (and lack of alternatives), the training obligation and the high costs involved that are borne by the Ministry of Defence. The Ministry of Defence therefore opts for the negotiated procedure without prior publication (Article 2.32 of the Procurement Act) and intends to award the aforementioned contract to LS INNOVENTA B.V. in Nieuwegein. LS INNOVENTA B.V. has the exclusive right of the manufacturer SAM MEDICAL to deliver this product in the Netherlands. If you object to this decision, you must bring interim proceedings before the court in The Hague within 20 calendar days of the date of this publication. We ask you to send a copy of the subpoena to the undersigned. After this period, your rights to challenge the award decision will lapse.
