Netherlands-Leeuwarden: Office and computing machinery, equipment and supplies except furniture and software packages
The NHL Hogeschool, Leeuwarden, is launching a European call for tenders for the supply of equipment for the digital workplace in accordance with the open procedure. The contract to be performed and the procurement procedure are described in the specifications. The NHL intends to conclude one contract with one tenderer for a period of two years with the option for the NHL to twice a two-year extension, which will:
— The supply of equipment for the digital workplace such as desktop PCs; laptops; thin clients/zero clients; monitor,
— Optional are tablets, extended warranty, pre-installation of the Operating System, workplace printers,
— Provision of workplace peripherals such as docking stations; laptop bags; keyboards; mice and the like,
— Electronic support for ordering; reports; etc.,
— The provision of support (breakfix) on all equipment for the digital workplace, including those covered by previous contracts,
— Settling warranty on existing equipment,
— Contribute to the efficient use of IT budgets for the Digital Workplace.
