Description

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) wishes to enter into a framework agreement that includes the supply of services regarding traffic analyses, transport analyses, socio-economic analyses, consultancy and compilation of results.
The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into a framework agreement with several providers. The framework agreement is divided into three lots and three lots will be entered into, divided in accordance with the following three subject areas:
— transport analyses,
— traffic analyses,
— socio-economic.
