Description

Montluçon Communauté, the mobility organising authority, wishes to conclude a public service contract to entrust an economic operator with the performance of the public service of urban passenger transport, on-demand transport, PRM transport, school transport and EAV rental within its territorial jurisdiction. In 2024, the MAELIS public mobility service consists of 7 regular lines, 12 school lines, 4 on-demand transport zones, and 1 line operating on Sundays and public holidays. It is operated by 44.8 FTEs using 19 public transit vehicles. 1,140,000 kilometres were produced and 1,060,000 passengers were transported. In addition, 100 bicycles are available for rent. Operating expenses amounted to 4.973.000 euro(s) excluding tax and revenues to 653.000 euro(s) excluding tax
