Description

Obiectul procedurii il constituie achizitia avand ca obiect furnizare nave tehnice pentru semnalizare costiera - achizitie comuna cu Lider AFDJ RA Galati, in cadrul proiectului DISMAR, 2 bucati, in conformitate cu cerintele din caietul de sarcini – Sectiunea II a documentatiei de atribuire. Termenul limita pana la care se primesc de la potentialii ofertanti solicitari de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire 20 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul limita de raspuns al entitatii contractante la solicitarile de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire 12 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. In conformitate cu art. 29 alin. 3 din Anexa la HG nr. 394/2016, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul mentionat anterior.
