Description

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure the operational activity of ACS by supplying 10 new cars, category M1, of which 2 electric cars and 8 cars with petrol fuel. Selected contractors should supply new and unused cars and make their registration with the traffic police. The contract is divided into lots: Lot № 1 ‘Supply of 8 new mid-range passenger cars’; Lot № 2 ‘Supply of 2 new light electric cars’. Electric vehicles subject to delivery must meet the criteria for ‘clean vehicles’ pursuant to Article 47(5) of the Public Procurement Act and Regulation № H-21 of 19 December 2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles, issued by the Minister for Transport and Communications. The public procurement procedure was carried out in connection with the implementation of the project ‘ACSU - Partner for the effective management of social services’, № BG05SFPR002-2.010-0001-C01, under the procedure ‘Increasing the effectiveness of the provision of social services and their monitoring’, financed by the Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027. Full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the performance of the contract is described and regulated in Part II. The ‘technical specification’ for each of the two lots forming an integral part of the tender documents.
