Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych, platform do operacji ginekologicznych, trokarów do laparoskopii, pętli do histerektomii, opatrunków dla pacjentów z EB. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 9 części. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa Zał. nr 2 do SWZ oraz wzór umowy Zał. nr 4 do SWZ. Zamawiający oświadcza, iż będąc administratorem danych oraz mając na względzie przepisy ustawy z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych(dalej RODO)
wdrożył środki bezpieczeństwa adekwatne do zidentyfikowanych przez siebie ryzyk oraz dające rękojmie należytego zabezpieczenia danych osobowych przekazywanych w ramach postępowania. Szczegółowa klauzula info. z art. 13 RODO zawarta w SWZ. Zamawiający nie wymaga
wniesienia wadium. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8.
