Description

The Department wishes to be able to outsource the graphic design and production of printed, digital and signage media in order to meet recurring needs not covered internally and temporary increases in activity. This service covers all types of communication carried out by the Department: institutional, events, press relations, etc. and all its areas of intervention (institutional, social action - integration, maternal and child protection, child welfare, old age and disability; roads; colleges; education; culture; tourism; environment; land-use planning; sport, etc.). Printing of communication materials is not part of this consultation. Compensation for candidates: An indemnity of 800 euros including VAT will be paid to the 3 tenderers who obtained the highest score in the criterion "understanding of the request" (exercises). The successful candidate is not compensated. To be eligible, the tenderer's proposal must have been found to comply with the requirements set out in the consultation file.
