Description

Der Landkreis saniert zum Teil das Hauptgebäudes, setzt das Therapiebad Instand einschließlich der Schwimmbad- und sonstigen Technik. Des Weiteren werden Brandschutzmaßnahmen und eine Schadstoffsanierung des KG und EG sowie eine Erweiterung bzw. Aufstockung des Schwimmbads mit folgenden Leistungen durchgeführt:
- Anbau von Gruppen-, Funktions- und Nebenräumen mit Barrierefreiem Zugang an ein bestehendes Gebäude (ca. 2.700 m² BRI)
Hierfür müssen Metallbauarbeiten - Austausch der Fassade mit Fenstern ausgeführt werden.
