Description

The Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe carries out an open procedure in the name and on behalf of Evangelische Perthes-Werke e.V., as the promoter of the Hellweg workshops Kamen. The invitation to tender is for the daily transport of approximately 500 disabled people to the Hellweg workshops.
The contract for the Hellweg workshops is divided into six regions (regional lots).
Lot 1 Region: Unna, only living homes with around 50 people
Lot 2 Region: Unna (excluding living homes), Unna Kingborn with approximately 75 people
Lot 3 Region: Fröndenberg, Holzwickede, 59427 Unna with approximately 85 people
Lot 4 Region: Mountain stacks with approximately 89 people
Lot 5 Region: Homes (residential homes only) with approximately 90 people
Lot 6 Region: Benes, kamen (excluding Kamen-Heeren residential homes) with approximately 106 people
The contract covers the transport of all employees living in the regional unit, the transport service organisation and complaint management.
The following documents must be submitted as a tender:
— Annex B form (for the cover letter of the tenderer),
— Annex C form (financial offer(s) for all lots proposed),
— Form Annex D (supplementary information provided by the tenderer/quality concept/ancillary offers).
Tenderers may submit variant offers in the form of a discount for combinations of lots. No other variants/amendments are allowed. The submission of variants is only allowed in conjunction with the submission of the corresponding individual lots (main offers). Tenderers may submit tenders for one, several or all lots. Contracting authorities reserve the right to award several or all of the lots to a tenderer.
