Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zorganizowanie i prowadzenie obsługi płatnych niestrzeżonych parkingów dla pojazdów samochodowych na terenie miasta Słupska w ustalonej przez Radę Miejską w Słupsku Strefie Płatnego Parkowania (SPP). 2. Zasady funkcjonowania SPP określa Uchwała nr XXXII/380/16 Rady Miejskiej w Słupsku z dnia 30 listopada 2016 r. w sprawie ustalenia strefy płatnego parkowania na terenie miasta Słupska oraz wysokości stawek opłat za postój i sposobu ich pobierania z późniejszymi zmianami. 3. Obszar SPP niestrzeżonego obejmuje około 1 900 miejsc postojowych zlokalizowanych w centrum miasta Słupska, leżących w ciągu dróg krajowych, powiatowych oraz gminnych. 4. Warunki zamówienia określają dokumenty zamówienia (SWZ z załącznikami, w szczególności załącznik nr 1a – Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i załącznik nr 12 – Projekt umowy).
