The new buildings of the hospital in Grabs consist of the two houses S and O. The house S will be realized in three stages, the house O together with the stage 2 of the house S. The first stage of the house S was put into operation in September 2020. The second stage and House O are to be completed by the end of 2027. Then the third and last stage of the house S takes place, which is to be handed over to the company in 2032. The client reserves the right not to carry out individual works or stages.
