Description

The city of Düren intends to build the combined new KiTa at the Grundschule Süd and the OGS "Südschule" with five KiTa groups and four OGS groups. When planning, a separation of the two furnishing units is absolutely necessary. Mixing of the children, their parents and the staff should be avoided. An important objective is sustainability-oriented planning. In total, a spatial programme of a net floor area of approximately 1,200 sqm KiTa, a net floor area of approximately 1,000 sqm OGS and approximately 1,200 sqm outdoor area KiTa grounds is to be implemented. The project is currently in the LPH 2 with all performance pictures. The specialist planning services for the TGA are now to be awarded.
