Description

As part of the renovation of 276 apartments in 44 buildings of the 1950s and 1960s, all (wood) windows of the heated rooms will be upgraded and replaced by new three-glazed plastic windows. Roller boxes, guide rails and shutters will be replaced. In some cases, falls, wall templates, interior window benches and the like are broken down. The door doors will be upgraded and replaced by new wood-Alu elements, including letter boxing. The construction work is carried out in uninhabited condition as part of the building.
