The consultation will give rise to a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum under Article 78-1 (3) of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public contracts, the services of which may vary as follows:

— maximum for 4 years: EUR 800 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
