Description

1. The subject of this contract is the provision of comprehensive legal services related to conducting medical experiments, commercial and non-commercial clinical trials and other matters related to research activities on behalf of domestic and foreign entities. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all parts. 3. 1) As part of the performance of the subject of the contract in the scope of Package No. 1, the Contractor will be obliged to provide the following services in the field of service, in particular: a) full formal and legal verification of draft contracts for conducting medical experiments, commercial and non-commercial clinical trials, contracts for partner projects; b) negotiating the terms of contracts with domestic and foreign entities commissioning the Ordering Party to participate in commercial and non-commercial clinical trials, contracts for partner projects; c) support of the Head of the Department of Clinical and Scientific Research of the Contracting Authority in the preparation of documents and opinions related to the functioning of the Department of Clinical and Scientific Research of the Contracting Authority and other activities of a formal and legal nature, within the time limit set by the Head of the DBKiN; d) representing the Ordering Party at meetings with representatives of domestic and foreign entities in the scope of negotiating the terms of contracts for medical experiments, commercial and non-commercial clinical trials, Partnership Project Agreements; e) reviewing other agreements (e.g. vendor agreements) and documents within the scope of this agreement, verification of annexes to agreements concluded so far, within 5 working days; f) an obligation to use the model contract provided by the Ordering Party, unless the sponsor does not consent to its use; g) commitment to report monthly to the Head of the Clinical and Scientific Research Department on the agreements and annexes negotiated / under negotiation, by the 5th day of the month, for the previous month.
