Description

Electrical design framework contract 1.1.2026 – 31.12.2027, options for 2028 and 2029. The contract period is from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2027. If the exercise of the options is not agreed upon, the contract shall terminate without notice at the end of calendar year 2027. The options for 2028 and 2029 are each agreed separately. The acquisition includes electrical design tasks for the premises owned and rented by the North Savo Welfare Area. The design tasks are normal, usually demanding, but sometimes also exceptionally demanding design tasks in accordance with the YM1/601/2015 guideline. Most of the tasks are small, even individual room alterations. Some of the design work is related to acutely detected repair needs, e.g. due to indoor air problems or equipment failures, and some are included in the annual investment programme. It is difficult to predict the annual number of euro or pieces of planning tasks. Subsidiaries and associated companies of the North Savo Welfare Area, in which the North Savo Welfare Area has a significant shareholding, have the right, if they so wish, to order work for their own needs on the terms of the contract to be concluded in accordance with this invitation to tender (Kiinteistö Oy Mustinlampi, Sakupe Oy).
