Provision of traffic flow monitoring in 5 (five) points using a solution that is able to perform analysis of video data of the existing cameras of the local government, or installing new equipment with automatic reading/recognition system of the state registration plates of vehicles, as well as software for processing the visualisation of violations and recording of videos in cases when drivers of vehicles commit violations in road traffic in accordance with the technical specifications (Annex 1 to the Regulations), the provisions of the draft procurement contract (Annex 8 to the Regulations) and the financial offer.
