Description

The project ‘B-002322 Firewachen infrastructure development – new construction of fire station 3’ aims to build a new fire station in parallel with the runway in Cargo City South. The building complex (BGF approx. 21 814 m², BRI approx. 115 305 m³) consists of the following building units (use units):
— Fire guards with workshops, restaurants and ready-to-use rooms,
— The vehicle hall of the fire station with parking spaces, maintenance pits, a wash hall and a car workshop,
— The rescue guard with connected vehicle hall,
— Vehicle hall II with parking spaces for vehicles and equipment plus storage areas,
— The fire brigade training centre with connected vehicle hall and the associated multifunctional/sport hall area,
— Floors with offices for administration,
— Vertical development,
— Inner courtyard and approach in front of the main entrance.
