1. The subject of the contract is to carry out, as part of the General Traffic Measurement 2025, direct road traffic measurements on the measurement sections of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Road District in Nidzica, divided into parts (3). 2. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract – constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope of the order includes a price form for individual parts. According to the range indicated, the price form must be completed separately for each lot for which the Contractor submits a tender in accordance with the attached print. 4. Where tenders are submitted for more than one lot, the Contractor should have sufficient technical and human resources to be able to perform the service simultaneously on all lots within the prescribed time limits. 5. The contract will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular the law of 21 March 1985 on public roads (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 320 as amended); the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 1061 as amended) and the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320).
