Description

Im Rahmen des BMBF-Projekts "QR.X" sollen am Physikalischen Institut der Rheinischen Friedrich- Wilhelms-Universität Bonn metallische Mikrowellenelemente auf optische Glasfasern aufgebracht werden. Für die Metallisierung soll ein Hochvakuum Beschichtungs-System angeschafft werden.
Es sollen nur Neugeräte geliefert werden (Keine Vorführgeräte oder Gebrauchtgeräte).
