The subject of this contract is the supply, implementation (including configuration and training) and maintenance of a Library Management System (LMS) hosted in SaaS mode for the libraries of the Common Documentation Service (SCD) of the University of Picardy Jules Verne (UPJV). The GBS must be fully in "full web" mode, not requiring the installation of any software on the workstations. This is an ordinary contract for the part treated at a fixed price and a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum and no maximum (75 000 euro(s) excluding VAT per year) for the part treated at unit prices. Justification for the award of a framework agreement with a duration of more than 4 years: - expected duration of use of the solution: more than 10 years - need to order from the supplier the services processed at unit prices including maintenance (exclusivity)
