Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zestawów do poprawy mikrokrążenia mięśnia sercowego dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ.
2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. W postępowaniu występuję przedmiot zamówienia, którego nie można podzielić na części.
3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby zaoferowany asortyment spełniał wymagania dotyczące wyrobów medycznych zawarte w Ustawie z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 roku o wyrobach medycznych (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 974) oraz w wydanych na podstawie tejże ustawy, aktach wykonawczych.
