Description

On the historically grown industrial area on the Ringstraße in Berlin-Mariendorf, a state-of-the-art and internationally competitive model campus for young companies and start-ups is to be created. The name of the project: ‘Ringberlin’. The site covers around 108,000 m2 of land. Buildings 8, 9, 10 and Halls 1 to 5 are listed. The conversion and refurbishment concerns the entire hall 2 and also interferes with the basic structure of the hall. The building will be handed over for construction. The tendered works include the early measures of dismantling and pollutant remediation in the building of Hall 2. A coarse planum free of waste and mineral contaminants with an edge length of >5 cm shall be produced on the odoured surfaces (floor slab). Areas for the interim installation of the construction site equipment as well as for use as an intermediate storage area for demolition materials are available according to the construction site equipment plan. There are no water, electricity and sewage connections on the construction site. The main services to be provided are as follows: - Removal of pollutants in floors, floor slab walls, ceilings, installations, etc. - Demolition of non-polluting walls, floor slabs, base slabs, etc. - Removal of old wall and ceiling paints, contaminant-containing and pollutant-free - Clearance of deposits - Separation of waste and pile formation as pure as possible - Sampling and analysis - Reception and transport of construction waste for recovery or disposal plants - Filling of excavations - Manufacture of planum. All substances to be removed from the construction site in accordance with the schedule of services must be reused or landfilled in an orderly manner by the contractor. Recovery and landfill costs shall be included in the unit prices for waste disposal. It must be ensured that the work is carried out by trained specialists. In the case of subcontractors, proof of the suitability of the subcontractor's undertakings and the expertise of the subcontractor's employees must be provided.
