Background to the direct award notice: Oy Vuorikatu 3 Ab (“the contracting entity”) has put out to tender, by means of a contract notice submitted for publication to Hilmaa on 3 October 2023, a project management contract concerning the repairs to Vuorikatu 3 (Hilma notice number 2023-000549). The procurement was put out to tender as a construction contract exceeding the EU threshold value in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts (1397/2016).
